How to Request Fund Disbursement?

Once your campaign has been launched and successfully verified on Kitafund, you are eligible to request disbursement of the donations collected. Here’s a detailed guide on how to submit your disbursement request, along with key requirements and tips for a smooth process.

Steps and Requirements for Requesting Fund Disbursement #

1. Complete the Disbursement Request Form #

Based on the type of campaign, choose and fill out the correct disbursement request form:

In the form, you will need to submit the following details:

  • Requested Amount, specify the exact amount you want to disburse.
  • Campaign Link, you must input the link to your Kitafund campaign.
  • Campaigner’s Name
  • Contact Information, provide your WhatsApp number or email so we can contact you if there’s any incomplete documents regarding your disbursement application.
  • Bank Account Details:
    • Account Holder’s Name
    • Account Number
    • Bank Name
  • Preferred Disbursement Date, please note that disbursements are processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays ONLY.
  • Purpose of Fund Usage, you have to clearly describe the purpose for which the donations will be used, ensuring it aligns with the campaign’s original intent.
  • Attach Supporting Documents for Medical and Education Campaigns, if your campaign is medical or education related, please attach relevant receipts or bills as proof of fund usage.

3. Submit Campaign Update if Previous Disbursements Were Made #

If you have previous disbursement history, make sure to post an update on how those donations were used. For creating campaign update, please contact Kitafund Campaign Support Team (Admin).

Important Notes #

  • Advance Submission Recommended: We recommend submitting your disbursement request well in advance since requests are only processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Should there be any need for an emergency payout other than on the said days, please inform Kitafund Campaign Support Team (Admin) at least ONE DAY in advance. If there is any missing information, our team will reach out to you directly.
  • Notification of Successful Processing: Once your disbursement is processed, you will receive a notification via email or WhatsApp. You can also check the Updates section on your campaign page for real-time status updates.
