1. Verify Your Campaign #
Before starting to receive donations, it’s required to verify your campaign to ensure it complies with our community guidelines. Campaign verification is also one of the requirements needed for disbursement requests. To do campaign verification, follow these steps:
- Fill out the Verification Form
You need to complete the required verification form to validate your campaign. - Prepare Verification Documents

2. Share Your Campaign #
Once your campaign is verified, it’s time to spread the word! Share your fundraising page with friends, family, colleagues, and on your social media channels. The more people who see your campaign, the more likely you are to gather donations. You can share your campaign link considering these options:
- Post on Facebook, Instagram, or X
- Share the link to your personal network

3. Request a Disbursement #
Once you start receiving donations, you may need to disburse the funds to use it for your campaign’s purpose. To request a fund disbursement, follow these steps:
- Fill out the Disbursement Request Form
Complete the necessary Disbursement Request form to begin the process. - Prepare Required Documents
You will need to upload some documents to complete the form, including:- Bank Account Information
- Bills or Receipts for Fund Usage
These documents help ensure that the funds are used for the intended purpose and will be processed smoothly.
- Processing Schedule

4. Creating Campaign Updates #
To ensure transparency and express gratitude to donors, it’s essential to provide campaign updates, especially in the following cases:
- When your campaign donations reach or exceed 50% of the target amount:
Even if the funds haven’t been disbursed yet, you can share an update outlining your plans for the disbursement or distribution of funds once they are released. - When a disbursement has been made:
After successfully disbursing the funds, please provide an update detailing the use of the funds or any implementations that have taken place, ideally with supporting photo documentation.
